Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Unbuyible platform at unbuyible.xyz. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unbuyible governing your access to and use of the website, online courses, learning materials, and any related services offered through unbuyible.xyz. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the platform independently. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may access the platform only with verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@unbuyible.xyz if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Unbuyible will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.3 Account Termination
Unbuyible reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these terms or if your conduct is deemed harmful to the platform or its users.
4. Platform Access and Use
4.1 Permitted Use
The platform and its content are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may access and view course materials, complete assessments, and engage with interactive learning tools solely for your own learning purposes.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content without prior written permission
- Share your account credentials with any other person
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or its systems
- Upload or transmit any harmful, malicious, or unlawful content
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform or its content
- Use the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content available on the platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, lesson structures, assessments, and software, is the exclusive property of Unbuyible or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License
Unbuyible grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform content strictly for your personal learning purposes. This license does not include any right to modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content.
5.3 User Submissions
If you submit any content to the platform, including feedback, forum posts, or responses to exercises, you grant Unbuyible a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the operation of the platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Certain courses or features may require payment. All fees are displayed on the platform prior to purchase. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise indicated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider. Unbuyible does not store your full payment card details.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must submit a request to info@unbuyible.xyz within 14 days of the original purchase date. Unbuyible reserves the right to decline refund requests where course content has been substantially accessed.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Unbuyible does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
The platform and all content are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Unbuyible does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Educational content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or advisory guidance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unbuyible and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Unbuyible has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Unbuyible's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to Unbuyible in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unbuyible, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Unbuyible reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, including the availability of any feature, content, or service, without notice or liability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the platform without notice.

Unbuyible may revise these Terms of Use at any time. When changes are made, the updated date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Unbuyible with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
